On 2/17/19, while on a routine patrol check, an Officer observed a black Honda Civic sitting in the dark, back corner of the parking lot of the Center Street Apartments. Immediately upon making contact with the occupants, the Officer could smell an odor of burnt marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. The driver did not have identification on him, however, he did identify himself as Salvador Martinez-Sanchez. Martinez-Sanchez retrieved a shoebox containing 42 THC vape cartridges from the backseat of the vehicle. There was also a bookbag in the truck of the vehicle containing 31 individually wrapped 1 gram bags of marijuana, 4 individually wrapped 4 gram bags of marijuana, a plastic bag containing 5 grams of loose marijuana and a digital scale. Salvador Martinez-Sanchez was taken into custody for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and related charges. He was then transported for processing to Central Booking located at the Chester County Prison and charges were filed with District Court 15-3-04.
