On February 17, 2023, District Court 15-3-04 issued an Arrest Warrant for Octavio Duran-Zavala for the following incident.
Octavio Duran-Zavala, age 45, of Kennett Square, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Public Drunkenness and other related offenses, following a traffic stop in which he was the passenger in the vehicle. The incident occurred on May 14, 2022, at approximately 7:12PM, in the 200 Block of E. State Street, Kennett Square Borough. Upon making contact with Duran-Zavala, Officers observed indicators suggesting intoxication and he attempted to leave the area of the traffic stop while speaking with Officers. He was placed in the rear of a patrol car for his and other's safety. A search incident to arrest of Duran-Zavala, located controlled substances and paraphernalia. Charges were filed with District Court 15-3-04.
