On 07-23-2019 Police responded to E. Main St. for the report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, Police spoke with a witness that stated that the defendant, Heather Smiley, was swinging a closed fist at the victim. Police observed injury on the victims shoulder. Smiley was arrested and charged with 1 count of Simple Assault and 1 count of Harassment.
