On 12/08/2019 at 0915 hrs., NCPD responded to the intersection of Laurelwood Rd. and Hunters Run Rd. on the report of a two vehicle crash. Upon police arrival, both vehicles were found to be in the roadway with both operators and a passenger standing outside of the vehicles. One operator advised of knee pain and police requested that Goodwill Ambulance respond to the scene. Police investigation revealed that Unit #1, operated by Geoffrey Ostrowski, of Royersford, was traveling east on Hunters Run Rd. Unit #2, operated by Michael Glanski, of Pottstown, was traveling north on Laurelwood Rd. At the intersection of Hunters Run Rd. and Laurelwood Rd., unit #1, after stopping for the posted stop sign, entered the intersection, failing to yield to approaching traffic (unit #2) and struck the driver's side of unit #2. Unit #1 sustained disabling front end damage. Unit #2 sustained disabling driver's side damage. Both units were towed from the scene. Opr. #1 reported having knee pain, was seen by Goodwill Ambulance staff, but refused treatment and or transportation to a hospital. No other injuries were reported at the time of the crash. Opr. #1 was cited for PMVC 3323(b) Stop Signs. NCPD was assisted by Norco Fire Co. and Norco Fire Police. NFA.
