The North Coventry Police Department have an active warrant for Gard Ormsbee for Identity Theft, Access Device Fraud, Theft by Deception, Forgery and Criminal Conspiracy to commit those acts. On 09/03/16, Ormsbee conspired with another person to use a credit card which he was not authorized to use, to purchase merchandise from Boscovs at the Coventry Mall.
