NCPD hold an felony arrest warrant for Patrick Walsh, 37 years old from Norwood PA. Walsh has been charged with 2 counts of felony retail theft from incidents that took place at the Lowes Home Improvement Store located at 1136 Town Square Road. NCPD conducted an investigation regarding thefts on 11/14/2021 and 12/08/2021 and upon completion of this investigation, Walsh was identified as the offender. Walsh is believed to be homeless but staying in the Pottstown area at local hotels and shelters. Walsh is charged with the theft of numerous rolls of copper wire which he is believed to be scrapping at local scrap yards.
