UPDATE: On June 26, 2022 Terrance Franklin was taken into custody by the Pennsylvania State Police.
On April 12, 2022 the Oxford Police were dispatched to the Hopewell Elementary School for a report of an assault. Further investigation determined that the actor, TERRANCE FRANKLIN, had struck a 17 year old juvenile in the face. The assault caused serious injuries to the juvenile's right eye, requiring surgery. The OPD issued an Aggravated Assault warrant for FRANKLIN who currently has two Chester County Bench Warrants and numerous summary warrants. He reside in Cochranville but frequents Oxford and Kennett Square. Anyone with information is asked to submit a tip.
