The Oxford Police Department has issued a Fugitive Warrant for Raymundo Guzman, 38, who has been charged with Aggravated Indecent Assault- victim less that 13 years old and 5 additional charges. Guzman had a last known address in Hockessin, DE when the warrant was issued in 2016. Guzman is also wanted on a separate felony warrant, docket MJ-15305-CR-0000415-2011, in which he is charged with Rape of a Child and 11 additional charges
