Police have charged ALFF with DUI and related offenses after police were called to investigate a woman slumped behind the steering wheel in the middle of West First Avenue blocking traffic. The driver/defendant, in town for a holiday party, was unable to perform field sobriety tests and failed the breath test with a BAC result of .024. ALFF was processed and released pending summons.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for February 2, 2023 at the Parkesburg District Court.
