Police have charged Heather Knauer, 22, Parkesburg, with drug possession and related offenses, after police contact February 20 th in the 400 blk. of Maple Street. The defendant has been ordered to appear in District Court 15-3-07 on April 20 th for a preliminary hearing.

Daniel R. Reighard, 57, of Parkesburg, was charged with DUI and related offenses after police contact March 4, 2017, in the area of Chapel Avenue and Green Street. Reighard was released pending a summons to appear in court on a future date.
