Eugene T. Fiorentino, age 41, of Toughkenamon, was taken into custody for Terroristic Threats, Endangering Welfare of Children, Harassment, DUI, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and related traffic offenses, following a domestic disturbance. The incident occurred on Monday October 26, 2020 at 9:08 p.m., in the 1100 block of West Baltimore Pike, in New Garden Township. Upon arrival at the residence, Fiorentino was located in the driver’s seat of a running vehicle, with a juvenile in the passenger seat. The odor of freshly burnt marijuana and alcoholic beverages was detected in the vehicle and Fiorentino showed signs of possible impairment. He refused to perform any Field Sobriety Tests. The victim arrived and confirmed that Fiorentino had driven to the residence and they became involved in an argument. He threatened to kill the victim if the police were called, putting the victim in fear for her life. Fiorentino was taken into custody and was found to have suspected cocaine and marijuana on his person. He refused to submit to a chemical test of his blood. He was transported to the Chester County Prison for processing and arraignment. Fiorentino was released on bail. The case is pending a preliminary hearing.
