Kurt P. Miller, age 59, of Oxford, was taken into custody and charged with DUI and a related traffic offense, following a traffic stop for an equipment violation. The incident occurred on Saturday October 10, 2020 at 8:54 p.m., at West Evergreen Street and North Guernsey Road, in West Grove Borough. Upon making contact with Miller, police observed indicators of impairment. Standard Field Sobriety Tests confirmed impairment and Miller was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. He agreed to a chemical test of his breath, resulting in a B.A.C. of .122%. Miller was released pending issuance of a summons. Charges filed in MDC 15-4-04. The case is pending a preliminary hearing.
