Clinton R. Tiger, age 28, of York was arrested and charged with DUI (Controlled Substances) and related traffic offenses, as well as with violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Act (Act 64), after police responded to a report of a possible intoxicated driver and found Tiger’s vehicle parked in the middle of an intersection, facing the wrong direction. The incident occurred on 02/25/2019 at approx. 3:58 am, at the intersection of Line Road and Newark Road, in New Garden Township. Upon making contact with Tiger, police observed that he appeared to be under the influence and observed several stamped baggies of suspected heroin in plain view. Also found was drug paraphernalia associated with heroin use and suspected marijuana. A record check revealed that Tiger was wanted on a warrant out of York County. He was taken into custody and was transported to the hospital where he consented to a chemical test of his blood, the results of which are pending lab analysis. He was processed and was transported to Central Booking, pending arraignment on the outstanding warrant. Charges filed in MDC 15-4-04.
