Amanda M. Wyre, age 29, of West Grove, was arrested and charged with DUI and related traffic offenses, following a traffic stop for erratic driving. The incident occurred on 1/6/2021 at approx. 12:01 am, in the unit block of Prospect Avenue, in West Grove Borough. Upon making contact with Wyre, police observed indicators suggesting intoxication and field sobriety tests showed impairment. She was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. Wyre consented to a chemical test of her breath, resulting in a B.A.C. of .128%. She was processed and later released pending issuance of a summons. Charges filed in MDC 15-4-04. The case is pending a preliminary hearing.
