4/8/19 – McDonald’s in Devon. After a thorough investigation of the burglary that occurred in February 2019, Darnell Penn, 37, of Philadelphia, PA was charged with the following offenses: Burglary; Criminal Trespass, Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property.
4/8/19 – Target store in Strafford. Police were dispatched to the report of an attempted retail theft. Donna DiDonato, 51, of Upper Darby, PA was charged with Retail Theft; Receiving Stolen Property and Theft by Unlawful Taking and Natalie Orsini, 49, of Downingtown, PA was charged with Retail Theft; Receiving Stolen Property, Theft by Unlawful Taking and Criminal Conspiracy.
4/18/19 – Orchard Lane in Berwyn. Police charged Paige Mayew, 33, of Berwyn, PA with Simple Assault, Harassment and Possession of a Controlled Substance following a domestic dispute.
THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS WERE ARRESTED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE. THE LAB RESULTS AND/OR CHEMICAL BREATH TESTING HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY VERIFIED AND DETERMINED TO BE UNFIT TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE SAFELY ON THE ROADWAY.

David Langdale, 48, of Downingtown, PA - BAC was .150%.
