RECOVERED PROPERTY – VALLEY FORGE MIDDLE SCHOOL
The Tredyffrin Township Police Department is currently attempting to identify the owners of recovered high-technology devices believed to have been lost or stolen from several areas within the Valley Forge Middle School during the 2018-2019 school year. These recovered items include calculators, earbuds and thumb drives.
If you have had any items lost or stolen during the time frame described above please contact Detective James Konieczny by email at email@example.com. Please include in your email a full description of the item, the date and location it was lost or stolen.
3/14/19 – West Central Ave in Paoli. Police charged a 29 year old male from Darby, PA with Disorderly Conduct and Harassment after it was determined that he was threatening the victim.
THEFT FROM VEHICLE
3/18/19 – Paoli Shopping Center. The victim reported their vehicle’s window smashed and their wallet stolen from inside. The wallet contained identification cards and credit cards, which were used to make fraudulent purchases.
3/22/19 – Old Forge Crossing. Police charged Brian Cappelli, 36, of King of Prussia, PA with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Paraphernalia after officers observed baggies of suspected heroin and related paraphernalia in the vehicle he was seated in.
3/23/19 – Minor Ave in Paoli. Police charged a 42 year old male from Paoli, PA with Harassment after he continued to harass the victim after repeated warnings.
3/25/19 – Route 202. During a traffic stop, officers determined that the driver provided false identification when asked. The driver – Terrell Acres, 23, of Philadelphia, PA was charged with the following crimes: Unsworn Falsification to Authorities; False ID to Law Enforcement Authorities; Possession of a Controlled Substance and other traffic violations.
3/26/19 – Target store in Strafford. Police charged a 24 year old male from West Chester, PA with Disorderly Conduct after he was causing a disturbance inside the store.
THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS WERE ARRESTED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE. THE LAB RESULTS AND/OR CHEMICAL BREATH TESTING HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY VERIFIED AND DETERMINED TO BE UNFIT TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE SAFELY ON THE ROADWAY.
Mauro Chiappini, 62, of Wayne, PA - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was .110%
Leonard Dendunnen, 61, of Devon, PA - BAC was .261%.
Eryn Drabick, 26, of Royersford, PA – BAC was .269%
Gerald Dugan, 62, of West Chester, PA – BAC was .185%
Denise Goldyn, 51, of Berwyn, PA – BAC was .194%
Khalim Hadas, 22, of Philadelphia, PA – Marijuana was present in his system.
Long Mai, 30, of Philadelphia, PA - Marijuana was present in his system.
Stephen Markiewicz, 61, of Downingtown, PA – BAC was .123%
