POSSESSION

10/21/17 – Chesterbrook Blvd. During a traffic stop, officers charged Jeremy Vila, 21, of Wayne, PA with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia.

HARASSMENT

10/27/17 – 1200 block of Westlakes Drive in Berwyn. Police were dispatched to the report of two actors harassing the victim in an aggressive manner. The actors – a 29 year old female from Norristown and a 28 year old male from Norristown were subsequently charged with Harassment.

POSSESSION

10/28/17 – Route 202. During a traffic stop, police charged Nafessah McCutchen, 21, of Philadelphia, PA with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana.

UNDERAGE DRINKING

10/29/17 – 900 block of Upper Gulph Road in Wayne. Police responded to the report of a loud party with several college students in attendance. Upon arrival, officers met with the house tenant, a 20 year old male from Edgewater, NJ who was charged with Underage Drinking.

ATTEMPTED RETAIL THEFT

10/30/17 – Acme Markets in Paoli. The store’s loss prevention officer reported a male in his 20’s attempted to steal boxes of 5-hour Energy drinks. When he was confronted by employees, he dropped the merchandise and fled. It is unknown if he had other merchandise concealed in his backpack.

RETAIL THEFT

10/31/17 – TJ Maxx in Gateway Shopping Center. The store’s loss prevention reported the theft of 3 high-end handbags, valued at a total of $3,518. The video surveillance showed a group of 7 males & females “swarm” to the handbag table and proceed to remove security tags and exit the store less than 2 minutes later. The case is under investigation.  

THEFT

11/1/17 – Conestoga High School. A student reported money stolen from his bag during lunch and another student reported sneakers stolen from his locker in the gym locker room.

DISTURBING THE PEACE

11/1/17 – 900 block of Upper Gulph Road in Wayne. Police responded to the report of loud music. Upon arrival, officers met with three of the tenants. Two 20 year old males from Wayne, PA were charged with Disturbing the Peace and a 20 year old male from Elkridge, MD was charged with Underage Drinking.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

11/2/17 – Rear of Strafford Park. Damage to the storm water basin was discovered by Township employees. The case is under investigation.

RETAIL THEFT

11/3/17 – TJ Maxx in Gateway Shopping Center. Cheyenne Foust, 19, of Norristown, PA and a juvenile female were charged with Retail Theft after concealing make-up in a backpack and exiting the store. The loss prevention officer was able to confront the actors and escort them back to the store to await the Police.

POSSESSION

11/4/17 – Route 202. During a traffic stop, police charged Cory Bryant, 27, of Philadelphia, PA with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia.

UNDERAGE DRINKING

11/4/17 – Drummers Lane in Wayne. While on patrol, officers observed people skateboarding near the water run-off area. Three males were charged with Underage Drinking; A 19 year from Exton, PA; a 19 year old from Downingtown, PA and a 20 year old from Chester Springs, PA.

THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS WERE ARRESTED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE. THE LAB RESULTS AND/OR CHEMICAL BREATH TESTING HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY VERIFIED AND DETERMINED TO BE UNFIT TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE SAFELY ON THE ROADWAY.

Lisa Winram, 54, of Phoenixville, PA – BAC was .088%
