FELONY LANE GANG ARRESTS
9/1/18 – Route 202. While on patrol, officers observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and subsequently conducted a traffic stop. Upon contact with the occupants, the odor of marijuana was detected which prompted a search of the vehicle and occupants. Located in the vehicle were several stolen credit cards and ID’s with different names and states on them, U.S. currency, unopened cell phone packages, an ID scanner, various other items commonly used in the Felony Lane Gang thefts and marijuana. All five of the occupants were taken into custody and charged with the following crimes: Alba Suazo Ruiz, 23, of Lithonia, GA – Identity Theft, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia; Emily Torres, 19, of Marietta, GA - Identity Theft, Tampering with Records/ID Writing, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia; Chynna Prince, 22, of Brooklyn, NY - Identity Theft, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia; Rakeen Gray, 22, of Brooklyn, NY – Unsworn Falsification to Authorities, False ID to Law Enforcement, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia; Cain Tolbert, 24, of Brooklyn, NY - Identity Theft, Tampering with Records/ID Writing, False ID to Law Enforcement, Unsworn Falsification to Authorities, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia and Access Device Fraud. Chester County Constables transported the individuals to Chester County Prison for arraignment.
9/5/18 – Minor Avenue in Paoli. Police were dispatched to the report of a male threatening the residents. Subsequently, Lamont Randell, 36, of Philadelphia, PA was charged with Terroristic Threats, Aggravated Assault and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
THEFT FROM AUTO
9/10/18 – Rampart Drive in Chesterbrook. The victim reported blank checks were stolen from her vehicle during the overnight hours.
9/12/18 – Chesterbrook Blvd. A Chester County Park Ranger bicycle was reported stolen from a storage shed. The bike is described as a new Raleigh M80 Mountain Bike, valued at approximately $700.
THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS WERE ARRESTED FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE. THE LAB RESULTS AND/OR CHEMICAL BREATH TESTING HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY VERIFIED AND DETERMINED TO BE UNFIT TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE SAFELY ON THE ROADWAY.

Anthony Gates, 53, of Norristown, PA – BAC was .176%
