On Monday, 3rd September 2018 at approximately 20:32 hours, Westtown-East Goshen Police were dispatched to the 2800 block of Eagle Road, East Goshen Township, for a disturbance. After an investigation was conducted, Barry Bank was arrested on assault charges.
