On March 17, 2021, at 0800 hours Officers from Westtown East Goshen Police Department were monitoring traffic and utilizing the department's License Plate Reader System at Wilmington Pike and East Street Road in Thornbury Township, Chester County. Officers received an alert for a stolen vehicle and later located that vehicle. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and after conducting an investigation arrested the driver, Nicholas Donnelly. Nicholas was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property, Driving While Suspended, and other related charges stemming from the investigation.
