On 11 December 2022 at 2142 hours the Westtown East Goshen Regional Police Department was dispatched to the 200 Block of Valley Drive, East Goshen Township for a disturbance. During the course of the investigation, officers were able to speak with an 18 year old female resident who advised police that she had been assaulted. The victim displayed physical injuries consistent with the assault. As a result, Ethan Huynh was arrested for aggravated assault and related charges.
Huynh was transported to Chester County Prison and arraigned the next day. Bail was set at $30,000.00 cash. Huynh was unable to post bail and remains at Chester County Prison. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday, December 19, 2022 at District Court 15-1-02.
