The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department is investigating a retail theft that occurred at the Giant Food Store in Thornbury Township, Chester County. The two pictured suspects entered the store and placed a large quantity of health and beauty items into reusable shopping bags and left without making payment. The heavyset female wearing a black Nike hoodie was seen on March 5, 2022, at the same location committing a similar theft.
