On December 10th, 2022, at 1:59AM, the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department was dispatched to the area of the 900 block of S. New Street, Westtown Township, for a one vehicle crash off the roadway. After a crash investigation, Richard Lewis Jr., a 41-year-old male from West Chester, Pennsylvania was arrested for driving under the influence and related charges.
