On December 18, 2022, at 10:51PM, a patrol officer from the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department was on routine patrol in the 1500 block of West Chester Pike, Westtown Township, Chester County, when he observed a vehicle make numerous motor vehicle violations indicative of driving under the influence. A traffic stop was initiated and during the course of the traffic stop, signs of impairment were observed. Subsequently, Son Ly, a 32-year-old male from Upper Darby, Pennsylvania was arrested for driving under the influence and related charges.
