On April 11, 2022 at 11:17 PM, a patrol officer from the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department was on routine patrol in the 1500 block of West Chester Pike, Westtown Township, when he observed a motor vehicle violation. A traffic stop was initiated and during the course of the traffic stop, signs of impairment were observed. Subsequently, Orlando Falvo, a 46-year-old male from Coatesville, Pennsylvania was arrested for driving under the influence and related charges.
