On April 30, 2022, at 10:26PM, a patrol officer from the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department was on routine patrol in the 1200 block of E. Street Road (Rt. 926), Westtown Township, Chester County, when he observed numerous motor vehicle violations from a vehicle. A traffic stop was initiated and during the course of the traffic stop, signs of impairment were observed. Subsequently, Davida Brown, a 24-year-old female from Norristown, Pennsylvania was arrested for driving under the influence and related charges.
