Safety Reminder for the First Day of Spring!

A friendly safety reminder from the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department:

With the first day of spring finally arriving, the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department would like to remind those traveling throughout the townships to use extra caution when traveling through active school zones. With warmer temperature’s forecasted, more children and adults will be electing to walk their children to or from school.

Additionally, please use caution in school zones even when the active school zone lights aren’t flashing. Spring sports and warmer temperatures will keep activity around the schools well past normal school hours.

With numerous school zones spread throughout the townships of Westtown, East Goshen, and Thornbury, everyone can do their part with ensuring the safety of the children.
