WEGOPD Joins Neighbors by Ring!!

The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police is excited to announce we have officially joined Neighbors by Ring in an effort to further connect with our community and residents to improve the safety of our communities. Neighbors allows you (the user) to share photos, videos, and information related to local crime and safety incidents so fellow neighbors, community members, and your local law enforcement can stay informed.  A type of digital “Town Watch.”

The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police can view what residents have posted publicly to Neighbors and provide relevant updates and safety alerts to help residents stay informed.  Users do not need a Ring device to join Neighbors.  Anyone with a smartphone can download the Neighbors App to receive updates and have the option to post photos or videos from any device. The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police can also use Neighbors to send out requests to the community to provide any relevant video or information to prevent and investigate local crime and safety incidents.
