The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department currently holds a felony arrest warrant for Mark Such of Warminster, Pennsylvania for theft and related charges. The warrant is a result of an investigation where Mark Such was contracted to provide a pool cover valued at over two thousand dollars, which was not delivered after Such received payment for the item. During the investigation, it was determined that Mark Such tried to force the victim's to pay more money to obtain the pool cover that was already paid for.
