UPDATE:  Boot Road is now OPEN to all traffic in both directions.

Boot Road is closed between Paoli Pike and Enterprise Drive in both directions due to an earlier crash which brought down a PECO pole and wires along with other utility wires. The closure is expected to last into the morning hours of Thursday, January 14, 2021. Please find an alternate route and avoid the area. 

 

Due to police activity on Rt 202 in Westtown Twp traffic is being detoured at southbound 202 and Pleasant Grove Road. Please take alternate routes.

The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department is currently investigating a serious multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Rt. 3 and Manley Road.  Please use alternate routes.

The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department is currently investigating a serious multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Rt. 3 and Manley Road.  Please use alternate routes. 

On December 3, 2020 at 10:37 AM the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department responded to a home in the 1100 block of Cardinal Drive in Westtown Township for a residential alarm. Police arrived on scene in 3 minutes and found evidence of a forced entry burglary. Police and Detectives are on scene processing for evidence and seeking witnesses.

The fuel spill has been resolved and the roadway has been reopened

Route 202 is closed between Route 926 and High Street due to a large fuel spill from a tractor trailer. Extended road closures are expected - use detours and avoid the area

West Chester Pike is now open in both directions. Manley Road north of West Chester Pike remains closed as PECO replaces a utility pole.

Police are investigating an auto accident with a pole and active wires down at the intersection of West Chester Pike and Manley Road. Please use an alternate route due to closed roadways. PECO has been contacted.

The police department is responding to numerous severely flooded roadways - several of which have resulted in motorists needing to be rescued from their cars. Please do not travel unless it is absolutely essential!
