On 01/28/23 at approximately 2:40 AM an officer observed a vehicle traveling East on E. Market St. without the vehicles lights activated. As the officer initiated a traffic stop in the 100 Block of E. Miner St. the vehicle struck a parked car, continued driving, and then struck another parked car. Upon making contact with the operator, identified as Tori Alexander, a 21 Y/O B/F out of Bridgeport, PA, signs of impairment were observed. Following an investigation Alexander was taken into custody for DUI and related traffic offenses. Alexander was processed and released on summons. A preliminary hearing is pending at District Court 15-1-04.
