On January 10, 2021 at approximately 12:38 am, West Chester Police observed a vehicle traveling the wrong way in the 100 block of W. Market St. A traffic stop was conducted. Field sobriety tests were administered to the driver. As a result, Dawn Altomonte, W/F/41 YOA of Springfield, was arrested for Driving Under The Influence. A preliminary hearing is pending.
