On October 11, 2019 at approximately 01:15 AM, Curtis Ballard, B/M/44 YOA of Philadelphia, PA was allegedly causing a disturbance on the 100 block of W. Gay St. Curtis was visibly intoxicated and was escorted out of a local business. Curtis was advised to leave the area multiple times, and failed to comply. Curtis reportedly threatened the staff of a local establishment and refused to leave the area. Curtis was arrested. and while being transported to the police station, he made multiple threats to cause harm toward the arresting officer. While in custody at the police station Curtis continued to make threats toward the arresting officer. A search was conducted of Curtis and a small clear vial with a blue top of a green vegetable like matter consistent with marijuana was found. Curtis was arrested for Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct, processed and released on summons.
