On September 1, 2017 the West Chester Police responded to the 500 block of South High Street for the report of a white male cutting the lock to a bicycle. Prior to their arrival, the subject left through a back alley. Police officers searched the area and identified a white male actor matching the description walking a bike in the 100 block of East Nields Street. The individual identified as Christopher Falini. Falini was identified as the individual cutting the lock and taking the bike. The owner of the bike told officers that Falini did not have permission to have the bike. Falini was arraigned before a magistrate and remanded to Chester County Prison in lieu of $5000 bail.
