On 11/12/2020 at approximately 1:15am West Chester Police responded to the 200 block W Marshall St for a domestic dispute. As a result of the incident Keith Foote, 32 Y/O white male from West Chester, PA, was arrested for simple assault and harassment. Foote was processed and transported to CCP for arraignment. A preliminary hearing is pending at District Court 15-1-01.
