On 03/21/22 at approximately 5:41 p.m., officers responded to the Giant Food Store located at 698 Downingtown Pike for a report of a retail theft. As a result of the investigation Carla Gagliardi, a 20 year old white female of Glenmoore, was taken into custody without incident. Gagliardi was processed at the West Chester Police Department and later released on summons charged with retail theft. A preliminary hearing is pending at District Court 15-1-01.
