On 03/21/22 at approximately 5:41 p.m., officers responded to the Giant Food Store located at 698 Downingtown Pike for a report of a retail theft. As a result of the investigation Bryanna Gordon, a 19 year old white female of West Chester, was taken into custody without incident. Gordon was processed at the West Chester Police Department and later released on summons, charged with retail theft. A preliminary hearing is pending at District Court 15-1-01.
