On January 5, 2021 at 7:56 am The West Chester Police responded to a report of a male creating a disturbance and screaming profanities in the 700 block of South New Street. Police located Brian Hook, a 41 year old W/NH homeless male of West Chester in the block. While speaking to Hook officers were advised by a homeowner in the block that Hook had been frequenting his property and that he wanted him notified he was not welcome. Hook was told not to return to the residence and notice prohibiting Hook from the property was posted on the front door by the owner. At approximately 11:00am the same day Hook was located coming out of the residence. He was arrested for trespassing and found to be in possession of 36 narcotic prescription pills that he is not prescribed. Hook was processed and transported to Chester County Prison for arraignment. A preliminary hearing is pending.
