On 12/25/2020 at 10:30 PM, a victim reported to West Chester Police that an unknown male pointed a large revolver style handgun at him while he was in his vehicle at the intersection of W Market St and High St. The victim reported the actor then fled the area. Through investigation the male was identified several days later as Brian Hook, a 42 year old white male of West Chester. The gun was found to be a toy gun. Hook was transported to Chester County Prison and later arraigned. Bail was set at $10,000 and Hook is in the custody of Chester County Prison awaiting his preliminary hearing.
