On January 24th, 2023 West Chester Borough Police Department Criminal Investigations Division executed a search warrant on a residence in the 50 block of South Church Street in West Chester Borough. As a result, Gabriel Kalbach (W/M/23 YOA) was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a Controlled Substance (cocaine). Kalbach posted bail at the Chester County Prison and waived his preliminary hearing on 3/10/2023 before Judge Liberman of District Court 15-1-01.
