On November 3, 2018 at 6:40 PM, officers responded to the Seven Eleven at 200 S High St for a report of a subject panhandling and harassing customers. As officers arrived, a subject matching the description fled on a bicycle and failed to stop after being approached by officers. After a brief bicycle chase the subject crashed and was subsequently taken into custody. Search incident to arrest the subject, identified as James Grayson London III, B/M 49 of West Chester, was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and related paraphernalia.
London was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of paraphernalia and related traffic offenses. London was arraigned in front of Judge Binder and unable to post bail and was remanded to Chester County Prison to await a preliminary hearing scheduled for November 13, 2018.
