On Sunday, 11/15/2020 at 12:15AM, Khadigah Martin was taken into custody in South Coatesville as a result of an active warrant for her arrest regarding an riot/assault that took place in the Borough of West Chester on 8/15/2020. Martin was transported to Chester County Prison and arraigned.
