On 12/02/2020 WCPD responded to the 400 block of Sharpless St. for the report of a disturbance. Macy Rutherfurd, 18 year old white female from West Chester, PA, was arrested for assault, processed, and taken to Chester County Prison for arraignment. A preliminary hearing is pending at District Court 15-1-01.
