On March 11, 2023 at approximately 12:00 P.M., West Chester Police responded to a residence located in the 300 block of East Marshall Street for the report of a domestic incident. Through an investigation, the suspect was identified as Jessy Saavedra, a 22-year-old white female out of West Chester. Saavedra was taken into custody, brought back to the police department, processed, and released. Saavedra was charged with one count of Simple Assault and Harassment. A preliminary hearing is pending at District Court 15-1-04.
