On 3/11/23 at approximately11:00AM, officers responded to the Wine and Spirits store,East Bradford Twp, for a report of a retail theft that had just occurred. On location, officers reviewed security video and identified the actor. David Sterling, W/M 58 YOA Homeless, was stopped in the 400 block of Hannum Ave and was found to be in possession of the stolen bottle of Gin.
Sterling was arrested and charged with retail theft. A preliminary hearing is pending.
