On 04/06/2021 at approximately 1100hrs, an unknown female entered the Oriental Nail Salon located at 698 E Market St, West Chester, PA, and received a pedicure. After receiving the pedicure, the female left the store without paying and did not return. The female in question is pictured above and described as an older white female, wearing a black dress and white shoes. She is also seen wearing a white mask and carrying a brown bag. Anyone with information regarding the identity of the pictured female is asked to contact the West Chester Police Department at (610) 696-2700.
