On 01/29/21 a victim reported the loss of his wallet after noticing charges being made to his account without his permission. As a result of this investigation, the pictured individual is believed to have used the victim's credit card on 01/28/21 at the Wawa at 1413 Wilmington Pike, West Chester, PA.
