On March 04, 2023, at approximately 6:46pm the West Chester Police Department responded to the intersection of W. Rosedale Street and South Church Street for a hit and run accident involving a pedestrian struck. The striking vehicle was last seen heading westbound on W. Rosedale Street and then north on S. New Street. The striking vehicle is believed to be a white in color Nissan Altima or Nissan Sentra with an unknown registration, operated by a white male in his 20s with a scruffy facial hair and brown curly hair. As a result of the accident, the vehicle sustained passenger side body damage as well as a broken windshield.
