On February 19, 2022 the West Chester Police Department received a report of a package theft in the 100 block of W. Barnard St. The incident was captured on a Ring camera at approximately 7:13am. Attached is a picture of the suspect. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Ofc. Hill at 610-696-2700.
