On Sunday, 2-26-2023 victim reported to police sometime between 9:00am - 10:00am, unknown actor(s) removed her wallet from her vehicle while she was at the Stroud Preserve located at 454 N Creek Rd. East Bradford Twp.. The actors then used the victim's credit cards at the Home Depot in Downingtown and Ulta Beauty located in Exton. Suspects are two Hispanic males in their mid to late 20's. Suspects made various purchases totaling over $10,000.00. Suspects purchased numerous items as well as multiple gift cards. West Chester Police are attempting to identify the attached two individuals who are involved in the incident.
